This is a free youtube video demonstrating how to apply micro loops. The insurance companies always insist you have a separate certificate for this method, as your micro ring certificate does not cover you under your insurance for micro loops. A very quick and easy method.

Notice how the micro loops are placed in a brickwork pattern. This rule applies for all single method bonds. The manufacturer recommends 150 bonds for a full head to thicken and lengthen. A half a head to thicken only but not lengthen is usually 75 singel bonds.
