Diva & Blaine-- hugs/ Thanks for the compliments :)

ok--- I always str8'n my natural when doing an install. Don't wash for few days after a new install. After the install my waggie was all fresh/curly& my natural was str8,, so I pulled out my old iron-- and tried a blending experiment = happy girl. I was actually thinking of purchasing some new hair tierd of wearing the natual curl thing. Now I have decided that I will wear this hair to the end,, since I can switch back & forth ( from super curly - nice bouncie curl ).

However my iron isn't blue,, kinda wish it was ?? LOL

That is a beautiful install
How much hair do you think you used?
Was this a tape install?
Thanks for such great photos! You must be extremely happy.
How does that curling iron work? I can't seem to picture the way
it would open.

Hi Shy TY -- I only have 4 tracks bonded with protac,, I usually add LG-- but was in a hurry with this install.

My guess is 3.5-4 oz max if that much ?
The part of the iron that opens is really short,, so you only fit the end of your hair in this part & the rest is wrapped around the spiral<-- if that makes sense<--- anyone whom has used it before feel free to jump in here with a better explination ? LOL

Ok, what is the difference between spiral iron and regular curling iron? I mean, other than the spiral design on the iron, it is the same thing as a regular curling iron? DO you use it differently?

I can't get the same curls with my regular curling iron that I can with my spiral iron. I am not sure how it works but it makes beautiful curls. LOL

Btw, that install is gorgeous!

The clipie part is shorter,, where a regular iron has a clip that is the height- as long as the iron.

I seem to get better curls with this iron than a non-spiral iron. Not really sure why ?

They are very inexpensive....

OK, I think I'm hearing you :-k :D
You're using the Wagmen? Do you flat iron both and then use the curling iron?

I have very curly natural hair-- with this style,,,
I am only flat ironing my top the area with out tracks & using the s-iron to blend it all together. It really creates some nice uniform curls. The hair is wagman EC,, its curl has dropped a bit- but still loving it :)

I agree with everyone else; your hair looks fab!!! Just love the curls and the colour. Beautiful. I also have naturally curly hair and always flat iron my natural to match the extension hair. I find this is the only way to blend it all, plus I love the look of a smooth top transitioning into wavy hair.

Lynnie- I couldn't agree more!! I am GREEN with envy!! I love the look of smooth hair with big bouncy curls/waves at the bottom. I tried the french refined to get the curls but I can't keep my hands out of my hair so I always ended up with FUZZ!!!
